Timer Pro Professional’s Ergonomic Analysis is designed to be an extremely easy method of highlighting areas of stress in your operations that may require additional attention to reduce the possibility of injury, lost time and worker compensation claims.

The ergonomics module is linked to Timer Pro’s Process Analysis where all the activities are documented for each task. To access it you simply select the Ergonomics option found under the View selection in the menu.

You then double click on any activity to access the ergonomics analysis tool. If you are using video, the activity can be viewed while you work with the displayed body map to define ergonomics stresses on the operator caused by the task being performed.

The resulting process view displays visually a complete summary of the stress related issues for any process so that you can focus on the areas of highest risk. Like all other features in Timer Pro’s process analysis module, simply dragging and dropping the activities between operators can better spread the ergonomic risks in the process.

With a single click the data from the ergonomic analysis is instantly placed into Excel (with any embedded video) for printing and for further editing as you wish using your own Excel skills.
