The
height of each bar represents the total time for each task. Up to 300
tasks can be presented simultaneously on the screen.
The stacked bars are also
referred to as Yamazumi charts by those involved in Kaizen and lean
initiatives.
Each task bar consists of a
series of chips representing the sequential activities involved in the
performance of the task. The
height of each activity chip is proportional to the time taken to
perform that activity. Each task in Timer Pro Professional can have up
to 1000 activities associated with it. Each activity can also be
assigned it own color code to graphically highlight the state of the
process.
The Professional screen has
sliders and scroll bars that allow you to drill down to the detail of
even the most complicated process."
At Timer Pro Professional's
most basic level you simply click on any chip and drag and drop it to
any other location in the process
