AI Security
Timer Pro's AI features are built on a Privacy by Design philosophy—your data is never used to train AI models, never stored or logged after analysis, and completely opt-in under your organization's control.
Your Data Is Never Used to Train AI Models
Your proprietary data is your most valuable asset, and Timer Pro’s AI features are engineered around a Privacy by Design philosophy, with policies that are simple, transparent, and absolute.
- We have explicitly opted out of all data-sharing and training programs with our AI partner.
- Your data is used only to generate your own private reports-never co-mingled with or used to inform results for any other customer or AI provider.
- Your proprietary process information, cycle times, and operator feedback remain exclusively yours.
Your Data Is Never Stored, Logged, or Archived
Data sent for analysis exists only for the few seconds it takes to generate an insight.
- Data is not stored or logged by our AI partner after the request completes.
- There is no history of your AI requests. Every analysis is a new, single-use transaction, permanently deleted on completion.
You Are in Full Control
Timer Pro’s AI features are strictly opt-in. If approval is required at your organization, check with your company’s AI Consent administrator before enabling them.
Built on Privacy-by-Design principles from day one, Timer Pro’s AI features let you accelerate continuous improvement without ever putting your proprietary data at risk.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Data processed by Timer Pro's AI features is never used to train, improve, or fine-tune AI models, either by ACS or by the AI providers we work with. Your process data, cycle times, and results remain exclusively yours.
Does Timer Pro store my process video or AI analysis results?
No. Analysis content is not stored on our servers. Your source video and your AI analysis history stay on your own machines, under your control. Only basic usage information, such as counts and timestamps, is kept for billing and service monitoring.
Which AI providers process the data, and are they certified?
Timer Pro uses enterprise-grade AI providers that hold recognized security and compliance certifications, such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. They process your data under enterprise terms that prevent them from retaining it or using it for training.
Where is the data processed? Can it stay in a specific region?
Processing takes place in the United States by default. Where data residency requirements apply, including GDPR, processing can be set up in a specific region. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Is data encrypted when it is sent for analysis?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher, and every request is authenticated before it is processed.
How does Timer Pro protect operator privacy?
Only the minimum data needed for an analysis is used. Operators are never identified by name, badge, or facial recognition. Timer Pro additionally includes an optional face-blurring tool, so faces can be blurred before any analysis takes place.
Who controls when AI analysis is used?
You do. Timer Pro's AI features are opt-in, and your organization decides what is captured and when an analysis runs. Your organization remains the data controller throughout.
Can ACS support our security review or audit?
Yes. On request, we can provide documentation for security and IT teams, including data flow information, sub-processor certifications, and evidence of our data deletion and retention practices. Contact us to start a review.
