Active Time Stamping in Excel
Active Timesheet accommodates the measurement needs of a virtually unlimited range of applications. With the Active Timesheet template, users design any data collection format they can imagine directly in Excel.
Users then define the cell range where active timing is enabled. To record the time of a particular event, the user clicks on the cell in the active range and the current time is automatically inserted into that cell.
It is then a simple matter of using Excel's standard functions to calculate elapsed times, averages and summaries as required. The result is a fully documented process and more accurate data in an easy to use electronic format.
A simplified version of Active Timesheet is also included for use in Pocket Excel on Pocket PC devices.
